Shipping advice:
  • Pack carefully (use bubble wrap) and mark the package as fragile cargo.
  • Before shipping, please remove the front panel (HW ver 4.1-11.4) and rear cooling fan. Check out the instructional video below.
  • Take extra care with the volume button, they tend to brake during shipping if      packing is not done with care.
  • Take extra care when sending motherboard only to avoid mechanical damages   during shipping.
